Skills ($100 for trainee)
As a response to the rising youth unemployment, VEST Project (Vocational and Employability Skills Training) provided vocational skills and startup kits for the trainees. Skills include saloon/hair dressing, computer, mechanical, farming, soap, tree planting

Streets ($15 per eater)
As part of our SSK (Street Soup Kitchen) project provides feeding for hungry street-connected families: desparate boys, girls, men and women. They come is all colors, shapes, and sizes.

Slums ($100 per household)
Our SILT project (Slum Improvement and Landscape Transformation) reaches out to slum communities across Kampala City. "Water is Life" only if you do not live in the slum. There, families battle the flash floods each time it rains; water keeps reclaiming their homes. We provide potable drinking water packs and facilitate cleanup of drainage systems.

Sports ($1000 per club)
Recently, we sponsored a new jersey for Jabba Gurus Sports Club (Jinja) under our Sports Outreach Project. A male soccer team that brings together young talented footballers to play in the local league.

Unemployment
60% of youths in Kampala are unemployed or under employed. With rural urban migration, this number is set to rise exponentially.

Unfettered Hunger
"A hungry man is an angry man", so goes the English saying. With anger comes crime and violence. Our soup kitchen provides food packs for street-connected families.

Urban Sprawl
By 2050, 70% of the world's population will be living in cities (as per UN Habitat). For many low-income earners in Kampala City, that habitat is a low-cost slum community.

When did it start from?
our journey starts in 2009
- 2009: Founded as Charity Work.
